When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to promptly update your account information if any details change. rr24 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified rr24 of unauthorised access in writing without delay. rr24 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account.

rr24 supports the following Malaysian payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rr24 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Where rr24's liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) MYR 2,000.
rr24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where:
Upon termination, any verified real-money balance (net of any Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last-used verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigation. Funds associated with identified fraudulent activity will not be returned.
Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting rr24 support. Voluntary closure does not exempt a User from any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.
